After purchasing new tires at another NTB location, I found that there was a slow leak in one of the tires, requiring that I add air about twice a week. The Franklin Mills location told me (when I called) that I could walk in without an appointment. They handled the repair efficiently, correctly, and promptly. They did not charge for this service. And they had free coffee in the waiting room.

Great service called on the phone to ask if they could fit me in . They said,"Yes come on over only a hour wait." Called Tire Plus prior and they said,"No to busy you have to schedule for tomorrow. Then I called you guys and Bam! seen me right away. You will have my business in the future.
