The service was great. Said my tires looked ok and didn't need to be replaced but I was replacing them anyway. They inspected my brakes and said those needed to be replaced. Also mention another small issue. Had computer issue but they made sure I was informed when it was resolved.

Kayla was very professional and was able to explain services required. I needed my car same day so several of the tires I saw on line were not available same day. As a result I choose a Tire (one only) I was not familiar with Performed CXV. I was looking for Goodyear Assurance or Firestone. I also ended up getting a battery that I thought was fairly priced.

Service personnel are great and the store is neat and clean. The wait was long to change my oil (2-hours with an appointment). They over filled my oil and my sensor kept beeping that it was high and could ruin my engine. I took it back and they corrected. They viewed my brake components that I complained about squeaking and said they looked fine and to come back in a week if it persisted. I took it to Mercedes Benz a week and a half later and they fixed the squeak in one hour.

Needed unexpected repair for flat tire. Able to get service within 24 hours. Quickly done, about 1 hour.

Not honest. I asked to do rotate and balance under warranty but when I picked up vehicle it wasn't done.

Prior to contacting this facility, I had called 2 others NTB businesses and they could not service my tire at all today. They gave me a 10:30am appt today and told me they needed it for at least 1-1/2 hr to service one tire. I told them I would wait for it. It was completed within a half an hour. I was satisfied. Thanks
