NTB-National Tire & Battery

Worst day ever! Had an appt at 9 am for an oil change & front end align. I was notified that my drain plug was stripped by the tech. NTB pd $5 for the drain plug after I waited an addl 2 hrs for the part to come from Salvo. To top it off the tech, who had ear buds in, drove off the ramp with my passenger door open & smashed my door on the pillar. My car then had to be towed to a body shop. There is not enough space to tell you all I had to deal with including their ins co for 3 hours,9-4 total

The associate was very kind and he explained the hole procedure to me. Ricco was knowledgeable on what had to be done.

I am always Highly Satisfied at this NTB, because The Store Manger Rico makes sure of it. He has great customer service, cares about the customer and great communication skills.
