Everything was as expected. However, I will not be in this area when next scheduled maintenance is due. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that I will return to this location for my next scheduled maintenance.

Everyone I've interacted with at this NTB location has been friendly, clear in communication, and ready to assist. Although this service was for a scheduled maintenance, other times I've come to NTB for other more urgent issues (tires popped), I've always been impressed with the clear communication, and never surprised by the price of services at the end of the day because they give me agency to choose the service best for me.

Front end alignment was not done correctly. We had to take it car back which was terribly inconvenient.

I have been coming to this location for many years and will continue to do so. They have always taken really good care of me, my wife and Step-Daughter.

I was there nearly two hours for a scheduled oil change. My tire pressure was not corrected. Dirty tools were left on my arm rest. My wheels had smudge on them. I will use NTB again, but not that location.

I've been getting my vehicles repaired and serviced at NTB for about 11 years. I am very pleased always with their prompt attention and expertise to all my vehicle's needs. And those who I have recommended to bring their vehicles for service have never given a negative report for their service. Thank you!

Located tire leak but didn't fix the main problem. Had to come back next day for further investigation.

Rico, the manager, made it easy from the time I walked in the door, til I picked my vehicle up. Rico stayed in touch with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I thank you Rico for being up front and honest about my vehicle

Worst experience ever. The sales associate did not want to honor the ntb.com online price of $393.48 and he wanted to sell me brakes, alignment, oil change and even other tires than the ones i wanted. While driving on the highway the car wobble and I suspect the mechanic did not balance the tires because i did not buy the other stuff he was trying to sell. I will not be returning there in the future at all!!!!
