Rico/Manager is a “can do” guy. Was willing to do repair same day bc I was worried about driving it. Made recommendation of NTB credit card to pay bc bill was higher than I anticipated. Just had bad experience @ Firestone where they asked me to return the next day bc mechanic that looked @ it was not sure what was wrong. Drove down the rd to NTB & Rico & Raheem could not have done more. Mechanic diagnosed problem immediately & stayed late to get me back on road. Thank you! Thank you!
