The manager at this store and all assisting staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind during my request for service. I needed a new alternator and the store manager took care of everything with expertise and genuine care. He took time to explain the issues and make great recommendations for my specific issue and also preventative maintenance to keep my car in the best condition for its age. The staff member who took my information regularly checked on me while I waited and was courteous and helpful.
