Attendant (John?) was super friendly and great to talk with. Also, NTB 3 for 1 deal, on a great tire, caused me to switch tire places after 20 years on my Suburban. This is now my 3rd vehicle that will stay at NTB.

"I made an appointment this week to get help for an occasional vibration felt in the steering wheel. NTB rotated and re-balanced all four wheels for a fair price. They also checked the alignment and looked over the car for free. They did not pressure me with up-sells and cross sells. Just good, honest feedback of what they found."

Terrible place. The team forgot to do an alignment and requested and even left my check engine light on. Terrible!!! Please do not take your car there

Work is done promptly & on time. Like this location because it does not try to sell unwanted repairs & services. No extra pressure to pay for non needed charges.
