Cannot express in words how grateful i am to Dave L. who works at NTB Hoffman Estates branch. I had a flat tire and i took it to the shop near to my house thinking it's a small thing but it changed to a costly affair when the person at the tire shop told me the tire has worn out and i will have to replace it. Problem is i have a four wheel drive, so 1 tire can't be replaced. All four have to be replaced at same time and the quote i got was close to 900 dollars to replace all four tires. Thankfully i did not got the work done and called NTB instead. They had a deal buy 3 get 1 free tire. The price i got from NTB was 515 dollars to change all four tires. I went to the NTB Hoffman Estates where i was greeted by Dave. When he saw the tire, he said let me see if its repairable as the tire had good tread and had at least 40-50% life left. I left the flat tire at NTB for Dave to take a look and went back home thinking that i saved close to 400 dollars If i replace them at NTB. To my surprise, Dave called me within an hour to tell me that my tire was good and he was able to repair the flat tire. I cannot Thank Dave enough for his professionalism and honesty, my work was done for 30 bucks.

I have been using the services of this location for more than 17 years for my two cars. I love this place so much. I go nowhere else for my tires and batteries needs. Now I know they offer much more than these two items. I ask them for anything that my cars need. I am very happy and satisfied.

I came in for brake line repair both service men I spoke to were professional. I wasn't quoted for one necessary service and they discounted it because it wasn't initially communicated.

Appointments availability on my schedule. Great customer service very knowledgeable attendant. Clean ahope over all great place to have my oil change.

I came in late in the day and knew the work to be done on my car would take them past their closing time, but the workers were very friendly and I never felt rushed. I was also given a report on some possible problems with my car and I could deal with them later without worry. I had a very good experience overall.
