Excellent service. I like that they are open on Sunday. I bring my car to the Hoffman Estates location all the time. They are honest about the work they do and the time it will take to complete it.

The oil filter was not properly put on when I came in for an oil change. Jason the Store Manager and David were very helpful. They looked at the issue, upgraded my oil filter and drained and replaced the oil all at no charge. While inconvenient to go back, they did properly and satisfactorily took care of the issue.

David was very helpful and understand about what I needed on my flat tire. He is knowledgeable even change my spare for me on the spot even he wasn't a mechanic. The extra mile is not only on my tire but also him. Well done!
