Great customer service!!!

I had an appointment at a different NTB scheduled that morning, due to a technician issue they were unable to keep my appointment. I drove to this location to see if they could squeeze me in without an appointment and they were incredibly understanding, apologetic about my situation, and they took my car without any hesitation. Not only did they complete my services but it was more efficient than I have ever received services before. I will definitely be back.

Brandon was incredibly helpful in getting my tires repaired and working with Michelin to get a warranty discount applied to my purchase.

Sales person was very nice and explained Every thing. I was also curious about my tires, knowing 2 of them were pretty bald. He sold me on the buy 3 get 1 free, which now I don't have to worry about tires for several years,

I scheduled a time online and went to my appointment only to find the technician shift ended and no one was left to change my oil. No biggie but I wish the online time slot did not show time slots open all the way to 7 if they were not taking appointments after 5. Really isn’t anything I was too worried about because the guy at the counter reschedule for two days later to fit my schedule. Also called me early the day of appointment to say i could be seen earlier. I arrived early and was taken care of quickly and professionally. The overall service was excellent. It was just the online scheduling that was messed up.

Rodney is great.

Came in and talked with Rodney the manager and explained my problem on Thursday of last week. He had me come Saturday and drop the car off with his guys. I’m extremely delighted to know they looked over my whole car and not just the tire I claimed to have a problem with. Such an attention to detail. Thank you Rodney and your team

The manager was professional, friendly and respectful. The work was well done and on schedule as promised. I was very satisfied with both the work and cost of the work.
