I have 3 vehicles, each of which I take to NTB. I know cars but don't have the space or tools to do the work myself. I appreciate the NTB folks for being honest, sensible, and helpful. They perform the services as though they were working on their own cars. That's what brings me back.

This NTB location has had complete responsibility for the care of my vehicle. Since today was not normal maintenance issue, how nice to be able to speak with master technician even though he was only one working in back at time to explain what was going on with my car. Thankfully, while a repair is necessary, it was not needed today. Both Chris and Larry were extremely helpful.

I dropped off my vehicle for a routine oil change and had unexpected issues that needed attention. I spoke to Alex the service manager about them and he explained them to me with great detail. I agreed to get the service done, and within 3 hours my car was done. I am always happy with NTB and Alexs (team) they are all always professional every time! Hats off to them again!

Most importantly was the quick diagnosis in the problem and “the fix.” There was no pressure felt by me as the service manager explained in detail what was causing my car problems…and, my own prognosis before I arrived was in same agreement with the service manager. In and out in less than 2 hours.
