I was able to walk in and have my tire fixed immediately. the service adviser was very courteous and helpful. This is the second time I have been there and will definitely go back.

Extremely professional

Not very happy with NTB the last 2 years. Took my car several times for same problem (brakes , and car shaking when brakes used) never fixed. Got promicess "to look into it". Pad considerable money. In September was told it will be more than 1000 $ to fix the problem. Took the car to Toyota, problem fixed, cost less. Was told the issue keeps coming back because of poor parts quality. Took the car for oil change- they stained badly my mat and tires are not rotated as promised.

I have used this location many times. They do good work.

Very slow service and a broken center cap on my wheel. Seems the new guy put the wheel on the balancing machine with it still on the wheel.

"I had an appointment for 10, car not taken back till 10:30, then at 11:30 they tell me I need balancing. That is a service I had paid for with my tire package and included. I feel that I should not have to ask for that to be done with the rotation if it is already covered. they should have done oil and tires automatically. I had to leave at this point. I usually have my other vehicles serviced at a nearby shop that pays a lot more attention to customer service. I come back to NTB because of my tire warranty which they neglected to complete in the 1.5 hour time. They even did not look up my information by appointment, but started to make a whole new ticket.....finally they did it under the number I suggested. I don't know why they bother making appointments if they are unable to service the customer in a timely fashion."

James was great! We walked in to get a tire plugged and he squeezed us in. He was very friendly and explained everything. The facility was very clean and quite as well, which is a bonus for me. We will definitely be back.
