I came in complaining of excessive wear on my tires and I was nowhere near the wear & tear mileage of the warranty. Explained to Matt and showed proof that I have my tires rotated & balance every 5,000 miles. Matt explained why my warranty was voided and so I was very upset. Matt saw this but remained very calm & professional and was able to assist me in getting 4 new tires and some more work.

Carlos Salazar was my sales associate. I originally came in late on Saturday but they were booked and had about a 30-45 minute wait, which was not bad but I was on my way somewhere. Carlos scheduled me for Monday at my request. When I came in for the appointment, Carlos got my car right into the bay and the service completed in less than 20 minutes.
