Even though they didn’t have the tires I got last time right at 6 months ago they had a replacement tire I stock. They got my car in very fast and completed every thing very quickly .

They delivered, as promised. Fast and efficient. I will be back.

"A couple of weeks ago, I took my 2012 F-150 4x4 in to have the left front wheel bearing assembly replaced which had gone bad. Greg the store manager had shown me the condition of the wheel bearing on a previous visit which I greatly appreciated. They replaced the wheel bearing and Greg gave me a great price on the effort. Unfortunately, the 4WD Actuator went out on that wheel later in day and apparently caused new wheel bearing to fail. I took the truck back the next day and Greg confirmed issue with new bearing (discovered later that actuator had failed apparently causing issue). For my trouble having to return my truck for repair, they replaced the wheel bearing again at no charge AND put on a new actuator at no charge also!! Greg also for my trouble went ahead and turned my rotors which had become warped and were causing a vibration when braking. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated by Greg and his team... They were very professional and cordial and did right by me and made things right. I would highly recommend to anyone needing service on their vehicle that they go by and see Greg and his folks at the Wylie NTB."

This is my preferred store because of the experience I have received in the past. Matt the manager is the best in customer service and knowledge base.

The associate, Raphael, was extremely friendly and provided good information. The oil change was done very quickly(15-20 min). It was actually waiting for me when I returned from a store next door. I have been a customer since this location opened and the management and associates have always been friendly, knowledgeable and fair

Carlos did a great job explaining pricing and making sure that I didn't purchase anything that I didn't need. He took the time to explain the TPS sensor and when a new one should be considered. Very friendly and excellent customer service.
