Very professional, fair, and easy to work with.

I went to this store in Winchester VA while on vacation because my previous tire purchase at a Tire Kingdom in Shelby NC included an alignment and they got it wrong TWICE. This store verified with a printout that the alignment was indeed bad but they corrected it the first time. Quite satisfied.

Brought my vehicle in for a loud noise. The technician discovered it was a bearing inside the axle. Paul made some suggestions and recommendations for repairs.

We dropped our van off at 1pm as scheduled for an oil change and alignment. It was supposed to be ready by 4, but it wasn't. We had to pick it up the next day as they closed at 5pm. The oil change and alignment appear to have gone well as it is driving better.

Alwys come here for oil change for both my vehicles

There is no reason to perform a battery system check for a tire repair, then only to not close the hood properly and have to stop on a busy highway to close it properly in order to keep it from blowing open.I am not impressed with the quality of service I received. This may have been the last time I return to NTB.

I had a flat tire as I was passing through the area. Even though the location was to close in about an hour, they told me to come in when I called from the road. Service was fast, friendly, and professional.

Had tires balanced but took off weighs on one wheel and did not balance so car shook bad had to go to another tire for rebalance all 4 tires

"Do not recommend this place for inspections!! I went more than once (during my lunch break) to get my vehicle inspected. I went during my lunch break because an inspection usually takes 15-20 mins max! The first time the guy was having lunch so I went back and they told me to ""come back in 30mins"" and they dismissed me. I went back 20 mins later and I waited until I asked how long it would take for the inspector to take a look at my car and i explained to them that I was on my lunch break. They made a face and said ""ohhh Shary hasn't taken your information yet??"" He went back to talk to her and the inspector and told me I would have to wait even more and that their inspections usually take more than 30 mins . Why wasn't I told about this??? I waited 45mins just so they could tell me I had to wait more to get a simple/basic inspection."

Great price and service

Horrible customer service and rude manager. Took car in for oil change and state inspection. Car was not touched for 5 hours, only after threatening to take car dos they perform the work.

Deanne and the entire NTB did an outstanding job explaining the service, product and future recommendations for my vehicle while accommodating a same day appointment that had me in and out in just over an hour. I really appreciate this team and look forward using them in the years ahead!

fourth time taking leaky tire back in 3 months. We have road hazard, so we thought it not unreasonable to ask for a new tire. They decided to patch again.We are finished with Merchants Tire.

Manager is always helpful and very honest with service and products
