"I had an appointment for 11:30. I showed up 15 minutes early and they complete a 15 minute oil change at 12:20. After watching the guy write something on my rotors, I am trying to understand why the wheels are even off the car. The next morning I am on my way to work and notice that the hood was not closed properly. I have to stop on the side of the interstate to close my hood. I also booked online and didnt get the discount that I have gotten at other NTB locations. I most likely will not return to NTB. The facilities are clean, but the customer service and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired. If the hood would have came open on the interstate, we would have have a big problem...major problem that NTB would have had to repair. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL PROBABLY TAKE MY BUSINESS AND MONEY ELSEWHERE."

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle for service here. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Only complaint, even though I had an appointment time, was it took over 2 hours. However, NTB provided excellent service at a fair price. Note: coffee was also excellent.

Good customer service.

Oil change upgraded from regular oil to high mileage oil. TPMS checked and reset by technician. TPMS alert came back on today in the 1st position on the left of the screen. The alert symbol on the screen moved from the 4th position on the right (where it was displayed on Saturday) to the 1st position on the left on the dashboard screen. The tires on the rear were moved directly to the front. No tires were balanced. In July 20, 2015 front disk brakes rotors replaced. Four new tires installed, one TPMS replaced on right rear wheel, tires lifetime balanced, and front end alignment accomplished.

Overall fast and easy process. I wanted to get a patch, but the associate said my tires were too old. I felt they had more life in them, but decided to get new ones since there were good ones in stock and I didn’t want to have to come back again. Took about an hour and they were done!

Terrible. A cup top apparently came off and they put foil on it. Seriously? This is one for ages and no one have the gall to let me know. Awful.

From booking the appointment to the completion of the work done, everything when smoother and faster than I expected and have experienced at other places. The staff were friendly and communicated their process the entire time I was there. I’m very pleased with how easy it was. No stress at all.

Charged for service after being told y by ey would replace a part under warranty for free.

Price for my oil change was not discussed before service was provided. When checking out, the total did not include the $20 discount offered on your website when booking online. Technician quickly adjusted the price to reflect the online booking discount. Staff was very friendly and efficient and the restroom was Very clean!

I have been trying to find a new place to do business with after two disappointing appointments with two other businesses. I booked my appointment online for day off and was offered a great coupon/discount on my service. I arrived a little early and they took my car immediately back and started working on it. I waited approx. 30 min for an oil change and tire rotation. They were clear and communicative with my payment and overall car health. I can’t recommend this place enough.
