I didn't like the way they put my spare back in the trunk they just smashed a lot of things in the trunk not very good customer service on that part

Great customer service from the moment I called, and it was even better when I arrived to the store. The sales person I spoke with over the phone meant me outside, and checked me in. Devon the check out person was very friend and informed me about everything. Great customer services

Service was good, however an add price of 49.00 with a $10 coupon ended up being 53.00 dollars. 53-39= 15$ in added costs. She said that the 49 is starting price, and my oil filter was not standard!. On a Sonata Hyunday? Last time in the same place it was standard and 49.00 included the filter.

The employees at this location have always been exceptional. I have stopped in multiple times in the last year for various things and it was that day to day service that made me WANT. To buy them there.

We were traveling in the area and hit a curb which put a bubble on our tire. We were needing to get out of town Sunday morning and made a few calls to find someone who was open and could get us back on the road. Shane was excellent over the phone and when we arrived everyone was very courteous, and helpful and gotten us taken care quickly.

Experience was OK considering current situation with the coronavirus precautions. Service writer forgot to note a rotation was included but I was watching and caught it. Tech had to put the car back on the lift and do the rotation. Tech also forgot to reset the oil life indication to 100%, but I took care of that myself. I supply my own oil (Mobil I) and filter, but the $18.99 special is still a bargain for the labor.

All the staff was very helpful the parts didn't take long to come in for my repair and they helped take care of Me even without an appointment.

Took 2 hours to fix a flat tire at 8am on a weekday. Service took care of the tire issue, so thats good.

Terrible. Everytime I get my vehicles serviced something always goes wrong within a week or so to where I have to take it to get checked out again

Friendly service, no hidden fees, easy check-in and check-out process, knowledgeable service provider it made me feel comfortable and I felt they were trustworthy because of that
