Decent place just for tires. Bought a set of tires here so I get free tire rotations. If I had the tools i'd do them myself. What I've noticed is the gentleman that did my tire rotation did not check the tire pressures. My front tires looked to be a little low, checked the pressure and they were off by 15lbs. I filled them to spec. Not a huge issue but it was odd that he didn't check them, being they deal with tires all day.

Price was very reasonable, the service tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am completely satisfied with the service performed and the attention to detail to address my issue in a timely manner.

Horrible wouldn't let me leave an one star but really 2.5 hours for oil change?! On top had to stand outside in the heat while I waited and then 5 mins before they finished my car they finally brought chairs out for people to sit in. To bad I spent the last 2.5 hour just sitting on the sidewalk.

$92 for an oil change package and they did not do the tire rotation. They did not too off my fluids. Ill start doing my own oil change to ensure everything is done

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. My car had to get towed to the shop and they accepted my walk in with no stress. Changed my battery within an hour. Thank you for not adding stress to an already stressful situation!

Unexpected puncture in my tire. Went to Walmart, they told me they had a 5 hour wait and then looked at my tire and said they couldn't fix it, I would need to buy a new tire. Car is fairly new so I didn't want to buy another tire. Saw NTB down the street, drove in, they gave me immediate attention, took them a little less than 30 minutes to complete the fix and a fair price. Everyone was friendly and professional, overall an excellent interaction. THANKS!
