Good service and excellent

When I called to gather information about the service wheel alignment. They were very friendly and informative over the phone. I drove right over and they got me checked in really quick and started on my service.

Great Service And could be faster

They were very informative also helped with my choices of tire. The wait time was not long at all.

I have never had a great experience with NTB. They always leave me with the feeling that the work isnt done properly. This time I told them to take care of my tire rotation, oil change, alignment, and TPS light that has been on. The TPS light is still on so Im not pleased. I will seek out other means of labor on my next service date.

Great customer service very informational

Very poor. I was over charged for labor. They charged me .8 hrs which came to over $90 fo installing a battery. I was only there for thirty minutes. Also the battery died on me two days later. When I returned to the store they only had two technicians and could not even get to it for an hr. I have my mechanic confirm the battery is bad and I bring my truck back on the following Monday and it was still not fixed after dropping it off and picking it up after work. I had to wait still.

Work requested was satisfactory. But then gave absolutely false information as to what needed to be completed in the very near future.
