Went in for alignment, on one wheel when they clamped it they gouged the wheel. They did pay to have it refinished though or else it would be one star and a scathing review.

We received excellent service. It was fixed quickly also.

When buying new tires you would think that it would be normal practice to check the alignment at the same time the new tires were install.

They wanted to replace the cabin air filter that was recently replaced only 7K miles ago. $42 for labor for a 5 minute job. Totally dishonest in my opinion.<1 Star rating

Staff was courteous and responsive. waiting room clean and comfortable with nice padded chairs and also high tankes w chairs as an option. i was also confirmed that first responder discount would apply.

Felt the took advantage of my wife and scared her into getting work done that could have waited
