Wait times are too long. They don't honor appointments, bring car into a bay and then advise that there are other cars ahead. Not pleased.

Tried to overcharge for synthetic oil change, and told us about 45 minutes wait, more like 90 minutes!

I noticed that none of my weights on my wheels had been removed and all they did was keep the same balance on my wheels and tires from previous rotation and balance...I still have a balance issue because I can feel it at highway speeds.

Convenient

Dirty waiting and restroom. Went in for Oil Change, Tire Rotation and wipers. After 1-2 hour wait, I was informed during cashing out that I needed tires. I asked Why didn't you consult me when my car was on the lift? He apologized and I asked how long for tires which eous of been another 2 hrs. He said he would schedule at 7am appointment on Sat and I said I would be there at 6:46am. He showed me The prices of tires and printed out estimate. I arrived early & he forgot my appt. Bad trouble shooting

Ashley was very professional

Very bad experience. The salesman said it would take 1 hour to get new tires on my F-150. Three and a half hours later my tires were finally done. The shop first ran out of sticky weights and then discovered that they only had 3 of the 4 tires I needed. I will not go back to this NTB again.
