manager was extremely was not helpful and extremely rude. In fact I asked to use someone other than the manager to continue. would not have even gone here, but they were one of the only places open on sunday. I will not be returning to this shop with any of my vehicles. I complained to corporate when they called me during a routine feedback call and since i had a bad review they said someone would follow up with me, but that never happened either.

Mike Brenner is transparent with the pricing and he does not engage in pushy sales tactics. Very much appreciated. I've started bringing all of my cars to this specific NTB location!

Marciano was very great. Came out to explain some items in my vehicle and options to take care of them.

Mauricio and his guys took amazing care of my elderly neighbor who had been taken advantage of at the local Firestone franchise. I took my neighbor and his car to NTB and they got him right in and his tire fixed. They always come through and that's why I recommend them to everyone for their tire and service needs.

Michael Brenner was absolutely phenomenal today! He went over all of my needs and made sure I understood the current status of my vehicle. Not only will I be back, but I will be referring anyone and everyone to go see Michael!

Keith and the team where friendly, gave me clear expectations, and handled everything my SUV needed. There are always pleasant and we will keep on returning to this store.
