Michael Harris was able to successfully patch my tire. It saved me time and money. He was honest about the size of the hole, but was able to repair the existing tire with no issue. I was extremely happy with the outcome.

after three weeks the squeaking came back & was told that the struts need replacing.. hmmm, why wasnt this mentioned at last service check.. now i have to schedule a day off for this to get done WHEN it could have been done three weeks ago.. ugh!

Went in to check my tire monitoring system indicating tire issue. Had a nail and they repaired immediately. They did the other checks and service not even asked for

Parts were more than Mercedes dealer parts. When I canceled service NTB said they would take $120 off labor. Appreciate attempt but NTB should have offered the lower price up front. I don't believe in businesses trying to charge more until customer complains and then they lower price. Consumers have choices and I exercised it.

Went in with need washer fluid light on; got full service, but left with need washer fluid light still on. Makes me wonder what else they skipped.
