Great tire people

well little concern that none of the worker had mask or gloves on one the agent was not to friendly , seem not waiting me to be watch the service being done on my car had to get a mileage ticket for the next time, I am suppose to get a oil change

The store manager Laney sold me the incorrect size of tires for my vehicle insisting they were the same and I would not notice a difference in performance or appearance. There was a 100% difference, by inspecting the manufacturers tag it was evident the store wanted to sell tires that were in stock not what was needed for my vehicle. My car takes a 275 tire, I was sold a 250. Almost 1.5 inch difference in the tires width. Laney resolved the issue but it should have never been an issue.

Great service

I specifically requested one service, the manager was unable to provide a definitive response or cost, performed diagnostics unrelated to my issue, and provided a 3rd party policy on why I couldn't receive a warranty on a part. I will never go back to this location.

Great mechanic

They put the wrong filter on my vehicle then replaced the wrong filter with my old filter. Asked me to come back the next day and they were going to replace the filter but not the oil again. The manager literally has poor customer service skills, but the technician, Sam, was extremely professional and awesome. He should be commended and has managerial potential.
