NTB-National Tire & Battery

Customer service was great Don Bethel help a lot. But a few days later my tire maintenance and low washer lights came on. After this I looked at my tires and found that the 4-tire rotation was not done and obviously the fluids were not topped off. I only know this as I have two different brands of tires on the front and back of my vehicle. My overall rating is fair because of the customer service not for the work done to my car or the work that wasn't done should I say. I did not returned to the shop as I have been out of town and have not had the time. As far as using NTB again it is very unlikely. Thank you Andrew Black

The customer service was great. Person was very friendly and helpful. After I returned home he called to let me know he found parts in stock that would bring the price of my repair down. Was very appreciative of that.
