NTB-National Tire & Battery

In and out quickly shop was clean. Was supposed to have tires rotated as part of oil change package. Techs told the service advisor they could not find wheel unlock fitting. Told them to look in door pocket on drivers side. Said they couldn't find it. Got in car and it was right where I told them! Guess the twenty somerhings in the shop were too lazy, did not want to, or didn't know how to rotate tires. DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TOLD A LIE. Will not go back.

Problem solved

This NTB in Huntsville has been closed for over a year and as a result I took my business to COSTCO. During the time it was closed we bought 3 sets of tires for our vehicles, NTB lost a great deal of business during the closure. Not sure if we will be able to support NTB, as in the past, due to the unknown of whether the location will stay open for very long. That long of a break in service is hard to overcome. The Madison location is extremely difficult to reach, traffic is very congested during your business hours in Madison.

The gentleman who did the work in my car explained everything really clearly so I could understand what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. He explained all the costs and warranty info and I was confident I was getting honest, thorough repairs.

100 percent will be back and will recommend
