NTB-National Tire & Battery

Called to have a tire ordered. Was told tire would arrive on Friday. Friday came and tire wasnt there. They kept telling me to check back durning the weekend. Got a call that tire arrived on Monday. Arrived on Monday at 7pm and they told me it was too late service my car. Left car overnight and got a call on Tuesday afternoon that the tire they had wasnt correct and also wasnt mine. My tire was never ordered and I have to wait another week for that tire to arrive. Dont recommend this place

Easy check in! I did not have an appointment but they were able to work me in unexpectedly!

"My appointment was at 12:30pm on Saturday 12/23/17, for tires balance, rotations and Alignments; I also requested them to check my rate rotors as well. My time out was hour and half, I called about 2 hours, after 20 minutes hold I was told it will take another hour, I went to store my vehicle was not ready and I had to wait another 40 minutes. They forgot to check my rotors, I try to get hold of store manager Claudio Santini was not available. Associate Nelson insisted for oil change tomorrow (on Sunday 12/24 at 12:30pm) and promised me to check my rare rotors as well. Again the completion of oil change time was an hour, I called the store after 2 hours to see if my vehicle is ready but after 15 minutes hold by store manager Claudio Santini, I got disconnected. I called again and Mr. Santini put me on hold again, while I was on hold (about 20 minutes) I reached to the store and saw that Mr. Claudio Santini was socializing with female customers and my call was still on hold as well as my vehicle was not ready yet, after another 10 minutes patiently wait asked Mr. Claudio how long will it take more, he told me that it will take another 25 minutes. I was able to get my vehicle back at 2:45pm and they again forgot to check my rotors and add the windshield washer fluid is very careless bad management."

Had a screw in my tire and they were able to take care of me!

Service was terrible I had a 1pm appointment I dropped my car off went too eat for an hour came back my car still was in the same spot. Then I waiting 40 more minutes for service

Appreciate the work Josh did with the communication and the mechinic who did all the work.

It was good customer service. The young man at the counter was very polite and provided the assistance I needed.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and straight to the point.

Joshua was very accommodating to my initial concerns and reassured me that my car would be thoroughly inspected and repaired. He was able to ensure i was able to be back on the road safely within the same day!

Clean place, decent seating and I could see my car getting maintenanced

Check in was super easy! They were able to service me same day other places were asking me to schedule several days out!
