The actual service was great, it's just, I was kept waiting unusually long for an oil change and I was the first customer. Other than tha tdd, good!

It was very easy and Smooth. I didn’t spend a lot of time there. The repair I had done was also done fairly quickly.

Just OK. 4:30 appointment - got there at 4:10 and they still didnt even pull my truck in until after 5.

I had an 8:30 am appointment. I arrived at 8:10. My vehicle was not looked at until 9:45 am. Why have an appointment when I still had a long wait just to have the vehicle looked al.

Wait is entirely too long for an oil change. Charged more then what the coupon was for. They didn't rotate tires and told me they did and didn't put air in tires like needed. I had to ask them to finish the job. I'm wondering if the oil was actually changed. This is my 2nd time there. I won't be going back
