The manager took the time to make room for me even though I had no appointment. He told me how much time it would take and they finished in a timely manner. I will had experience with this NTB in the past and they have always done great. I brought my grand daughter's vehicle in for an aliment and they said it did not need one. There was no charge. They even showed me the aliment sheet that showed the aliment was fine. You can't beat that.

Customer Service Advisor Earl Ashton is why my visit was so good. He treated me with courtesy and patience as if he really cared about getting this situation right. I had tires installed appx. 1 year ago but have had recurring issues with rim leaks. He is the first person who finally got it right. I have been a customer for 10 years or more and he rates among the finest ever at the Geneva, Il store.

Customer service was great, received clear information on pricing, options and applicable sales. Total cost was to my satisfaction.
