I was about5 minutes early for my appointment, the representative took my information and the vehicle key. He kept me informed. My vehicle was ready in ir about an hour.

Wait time was 6 hours. They forgot one of my valve stem covers and did not give me a sticker to remind me of my next oil change

As a single woman, I do not feel pressured or taken advantage of when i come in for my visits. The staff does not try to sell me on services that i don't need at the moment, but advise if and when i might need something else in the future. I only trust NTB with my car!

Friendly employee, explained the problem and checked other areas that could be potential contributing factors. I test drove the vehicle and found that the problem was solved.

The associates were very helpful and gracious. While traveling on the interstate I suddenly got a low pressure tire. I pulled over to first exit and found NTB which is where I bought my tires. They were wonderful to help me. I was back on road in no time.
