NTB-National Tire & Battery

Unable to believe this NTB. Very poor service.

They went above and beyond to get the new tires needed from other location and was honest with what needed to be done for us travel safely to FL. Most of all they helped me save with discounts that I can avail. The info/ description with what needs to be done is simple and accurate. Very respectful, highly efficient- service was fast and great customer service.

Too expensive to basically get rad flushed and replaced $500++

There was a massive oil leak on my new house's driveway after the oil change. It is pretty disappointing.

My van was pulling to the left, but they fixed the alignment and that took care of the problem and saved my tires from more bad wear.

The worst. Went in for a simple oil change and they said I needed to get the power steering return hose replaced. Took it to my mechanic back home- no leak, just needed tightening. The lack of integrity will make you lose business.

Poor tire and service. The quality of workmanship is not adequate enough.

Associate explained was courteous and explained me on issue with the tire and proposed options. He gave an approximate estimation of completion time and delivered with in the time frame.

making an appt was told to me as just a go buySo therefore, even though I made an appt online, I still had to wait as if I just walked in!!! Not right!!!

The guys were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The service was exceptional. I will definitely refer NTB to my family and friends.

Manager had great communication

Had to personally supervise from behind the window to make sure all gets done and correctly. Mechanic forgot to do tire rotation and did not properly put the under carriage cover. Had to point out and then got done. Advise to others- make sure you are observing what they are doing and make sure you get what you pay for.

I work for an automobile dealership and I still prefer taking my car to NTB to have related services done. They're close, convenient, and I've always taken good care of me.

Another bad experience at NTB on Custer Rd. When they sold me tires last year they said my current tires wore out sooner than normal because I did not rotate the tires. I took my new tires in for rotation and they said my model care you CAN'T rotate the tires. I went ahead and had them check the alignment. I got a call 30 minutes later and said I needed $2,100 worth of work on shocks and pack & pinion. I said no thanks and asked if my car was ready. When I got there I had to wait 30 min.

Service was done completely and efficiently.

Garrett is always wonderful at checkin and Ethan did a great job inspecting it and explaining everything at checkout. We always get inspections and buy our tires at NTB because of the great customer services and prices.
