The entire process was amazing, each and every step of the way I felt like I was valued. The manager contacted me every time a new problem was found to get approval for the next step which does not happen very often anymore. I am extremely impressed with all the staff did for me while I was there.

Vance spoke to me on the phone. He checked to see if the tires were in stock first before I drove there. Since they were he scheduled a time for me to bring the car. It had been a long time since this car we use as a spare had been serviced or new tires. Everything was explained to me throughly. While I was waiting, Vance told me my battery needed replaced. A lot of corrosion and 10 years old. All 4 tires were 9-10 years old also. Even though plenty of tread they were not good due to the extreme heat here in Texas. Also got the oil changed. Vance told me it would be about 2 1/2 hours. I was pleased from start to finish it took 2 hours and 10 minutes. Comfortable waiting area. Well air conditioned. Everyone did a good job there, friendly and pleasant to work with which makes me want to come back.

Vance was very professional in his job and knows what he's doing. I witnessed him helping other customers while working with one other customer. He multi-tasks very well. I liked seeing that and how well the outcome was. As for me, Vance and his crew got me in and out in no time. They all did a fantastic job....as they always do!!! Thank you.
