was visiting n tx but i have used ntb when i lived in the colony tx. always courteous and info friendly.

The tech was very knowledgeable and articulated issues and solutions very well.

Rob was excellent to deal with over the phone and in person and helped me reach an easy solution to my problem. His willingness to work me into their rotation despite me not having an appointment showed how much they value the customer experience! Excellent service and a very fast solution even though they are extremely short staffed. Give this man a raise!!!

I made an appointment with the NTB facility online. It was my first time going there with my new car. They recommended great products. My oil change was done within an hour. They topped off my tire pressure and windshield spray. My car is riding much better. Thank you NTB

the service/management over the last few years has improved.

Had a 9 a.m. appointment to repair a tire with a nail in it. Two hours later I finally left, fortunately with a repaired tire. Two hours with an appointment is pretty frustrating.

Brian and Rob were more than willing to stay late to get my oil changed. The level of dedication to customer satisfaction that the management team (Brian and Rob) displayed has ensured that I will refer every friend to come to ntb 826 in the colony. Every expectation was met and exceeded!! Y'all made a lifetime customer today!

Really a 0 rating. Of all the NTBs Ive been to, this is by far the worse on!! I couldnt believe how the low knowledge level of the management, and was oblivious to what work was completed. I went for one tire issue, sat there for almost two hours! Then had to return the very next day because the new tire they put on was completely flat, proceeded to give me a lame excuse. Then had to return again to retrieve something they left off lol I will NEVER go to the one at the colony location!

Time it took was a lot less than estimated.

We thought it was a major issue but they found it to be simple. Lugs nuts were loose! I appreciate Brian and his team..it saved us a lot of money.

Have been a customer since they opened.

In and out service. Can always trust them with my car.
