The receptionist did an excellent job of coordinating the service with the techs, gave us product options and helped us make informed decision about our purchase. She was very friendly and helpful.

Great service!

I needed new tires for my trailer before a trip and they were able to schedule me next day. The associate Jesse was able to find a better value of tire (and a full set of four) than what I had seen online and discussed on the phone. The technician was quick and double checked a few things that I had asked for. Very pleased with the experience.

Got new bfg tires best on road

In and out quickly. Price is about $15 too high for an oil change. Should have included a rotate for the money I paid.

All about the service seems good except I liked the valve stem caps that were bought for the old tires. Maybe the NTB caps are better but my Toyota dealer likes to see the green caps and nitrogen instead of plain air.

They answered any\all of our questions. The advice and service appeared to be based on satisfaction and not making a sale.

The staff was friendly and explained what I needed and also informed me of things on my car that needing servicing now and things that could wait.

Good but my God it was a lot of money

Emergency problem came up on Sunday and they were open to help. They fixed the problem that had parts in stock, so that I could get home and back the next day to complete the repair with the other part that had to be ordered from outside. Kept me from getting stranded.

its a good shop most days

Clerk at the Jocelyn bulloch was super friendly and professional way to go on having a smile waiting for you as you enter the store . Did great on how she mage about taking care of me and my safety in the road as she corrected my issue . Loved it .

Went in for an oil change. Guy at the counter tried a little to hard to upsell me. No means no! Service was quick at least. High pressure tactics are annoying, though.

The service was professionally and extremely successful. They were very helpful and i would definitely recommend them to anyone
