Jacob Muellner was very friendly, explained the process very well and the tech was very quick and had me in out in a short time.

Theres a new front desk associate who could benefit from improving their communication skills and interpersonal interactions. He comes across as discourteous, abrupt, and impolite.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service guy at the front desk he was nice and very helpful and thoughtful with my cars wheel issue.

Bait and switch. I was pushed toward and sold an Interstate Battery and then switched to a NAPA battery without being notified.

Went to the store in rowlett that i always go to to have my oil changed the guy behind counter informs me i must go full synthetic i told him no i have conventional i have always had my oil changed here and always stay conventional he refused to look up my account to see what i normally get and proceed to try and charge me for the service i was refusing told me company policy says they have to go to full synthetic he didnt want to give me my keys as he had already put me in system and said now i would have to pay for oil change my truck was still parked in spot i left it i called another ntb store and he looked up my account and said he can do my oil change at conventional since that was what i had before with no hassle

They took care of the nail repair to the tire. Wish it had been a little faster.

This place has proven to be a disaster over and over again. I will continue to go because i made the mistake of buying tires from them, until my free alignment expires. As I'm getting ready to leave I notice they haven't changed the windshield sticker. The guy proceeds to write the exact same mileage that was already on there. He finally figured it out. They told me it would take 45 minutes and it took about an hour and a half.

I've been using NTB for over 20 years, at several locations. Always well run and knowledgeable workers. I wouldn't continue to do business with a company if I weren't highly satisfied.

Service was prompt and communication about not having an oil filter in stock was very clear and the filter was brought in extremely quick. I was told my air filters were nearing time for replacement and given an estimate but not pressured at any time to get it done. I just purchased 5 tires from this location a month ago and even though it was an unexpected it went as smooth as it could. Got the tires I wanted, they were ordered and mounted on the car within a few days. Awesome service and communication all the way around.
