Associates James DeWalt and Dominique Horace were pleasant and very knowledgeable. They both made recommendations for what tires would be best, didn’t pressure me one way or another, let it be my decision. Kept me informed of progress.

Friendliness, Professionalism, lovely in and out experience.

The manager and mechanic did not reset the maintenance required /oil change notification. I was told to come back the next day to get it reset. I had to reset it myself. The staff is always nice and friendly. Management too, was nice.

so I made an appointment for 9:00 at the location on west orem I waited there till 9:50 with no help from the associate - I was told there was an oil change at 8:30 and he would have to finish up with that - the associates attitude changed she became very mater of factorary when I asked how much longer- I finally out of disgust lt took my name off the list- she informed me she only had one mechanic and one other person- not my problem - didn't understand why it took so long for an oil change - so I had to make another appointment at a different location and that is where I will go from now on

I thought they were going to balance all 4 tires. Not just the 2 that got rotate to the front!

I recently visited this place for tire rotations. The lady at the counter was friendly, professional, and explained the prices clearly. The service was completed quickly which was great. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the experience and will definitely return for future tire services.
