I called to inquire if they would be able to take a look at the brakes on vehicle since they were grinding. Without an appointment, I was told to "go ahead and bring it in!" There is a new manager at this location and he was friendly and informed me that he would call me after inspection and prior to beginning any work, which he did. Appreciate the communication and time it took to complete the work needed on my vehicle.
