Dropped a damaged tire off to be replaced and was a given a time estimate of 2 hours to get the tire that I wanted which had to be couriered from another store. Was kept informed through text message along the way and the tire was delivered and mounted well within the estimate that was given

I’m a self employed mechanic and have worked on everything from weed eaters to locomotives. I work from home on automotive repair and tractor repair. I have brought more vehicles than average for tire service and alignments. It’s hard to gain my trust, but the crew at this store has my complete confidence and trust. Candice the store manager and Amber the shop manager are doing an amazing job. Everyone working at this shop is happy, friendly, and very professional. Juan is an expert with alignments, and the tire guys are very good with balancing wheels. My Dodge one ton had a bad shack and after I replced a few worn parts, they were able to determine that it was a balance issue even though the tire wear wasn’t showing a problem. They got my wheels balanced to zero and the truck rides smoother than it ever has. I have already recommended this store specifically to my friends, neighbors, and family because the service I received and continue to receive is unmatched. As a mechanic, I know a good shop and good management when I see it.
