Very happy with NTB on the tire purchase and installation. No easy feat on a corvette due to large rear wheels and low profile but they got it done with no problems.

I came in on an unscheduled visit, to get my warranty alignment done. I was told no mechanic till 10 am. I was totally fine with that - so I set up my laptop and started some work. Shazaam ! My work was completed and my rig ready to go at 9:35 AM. 9:35 AM! That was so awesome ! My ride away from this location ? All was smooth - this old hunk o hauling rig absolutely smooth !

The actual service to my tire was great. However, the manager should learn to take care of the customer standing in front of him instead of answering the phone & talking to a potential customer. Not only did he do it to me, but a subsequent customer too. Another tech picked up where the mgr. dropped us and took care of both of us.

Friendly, straightforward and informative staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Fair pricing. Reasonable amount of time for the work done. Location is walking distance to food and shopping distractions.
