Tire warranty patch up job

Service as expected. Nothing more to add, it was just what was advertised

Fast. Friendly. Easy to book appointment. Serviced me on time.

I was charged $157 to install 2 new batteries for my diesel truck. I purchased the Optima AGM batteries from another auto parts store since NTB didn't carry the Optima brand. The labor rates seem expensive to me. No modifications to my truck were necessary since the old batteries were Optimas as well.

Corey was amazing. He listened to my concerns and helped me make a great decision

State inspection machine was down, no fault of theirs, just inconvenient.

I went in because I had a small nail in my tire. They said it would take about an hour. There were only two cars in the bays, so I decided to wait. It took TWO and a HALF hours!!! I watched the employees after waiting over an hour. Mostly they were just playing

Great service by the team at this NTB, particularly Aaron. He goes out of his way for the customer. Thought I knew what tires I wanted, but he researched and found something better at a better price...and then went out and picked them up at another location so the install could be completed the same day. Aaron clearly puts the customer's interest first, which is appreciated and to be commended. Associates like Aaron and Corey keep me coming back to NTB.

Apparently when they put the drain plug back in they cracked the washer and didnt notice that it was dripping oil. Found out the next morning when I have a huge oil stain in my driveway. Took it back and they fixed it but Ill never go there again.

Did not accurately diagnose tire problem, did not have tires I needed in stock and did not even properly patch the tire for an interim fix till we could order tires.Returned from travel to a flat tire at the airport parking lot two days later. Staff was polite and helpful though. Incorrectly reported my car mileage

Manager was very very knowledgeable about service . New a lot about vehicles . I live in Pasadena, I drove to the Kemah location, great place

People are very nice, shop looks very clean, tire technicians know what they’re doing, and the service manager was able to help others and relay information back to me on my vehicle such as updates and if there were any issues.
