Good price but they handle your car without gloves leaving grease everywhere including the steering wheel

Service rep explained info. that I asked for clearly. Done in a timely fashion to my satisfaction.

Service was great, but scheduling of appointment was disappointing. Scheduled online, but was called 1 hr before appt and told they were overbooked so I would be waiting a while. I offered to reschedule for later in day and still had to wait over 30 minutes before starting on my car. For future, I would recommend calling to make appointment and not doing it online.

I liked that I was able to make an appointment online. I got excellent service also was told I needed wiper blades. And I was out of there faster than expected.

Oil change is standard service. Recommended battery replacement and wanted to charge me $37 to install the battery. No thank you. Outrageous.

Great customer service they made sure I understood everything and had it all done within an hour maybe less they go above and beyond to complete their task

It took 3 hour to plug a tire that had a nail. I wish you had faster service available for small repairs. I didn't have an appointment but I didn't expect to have a nail in my tire either.

I have been an NTB customer for over 20 years at least and they have always been exemplary in an job performance I needed. I use the Hutto location when this location can't accommodate my schedule but both locations are just AWESOME. As a single woman, I need people to address my concerns like they would their own. Keep up the good work.

A lot of work and money, and still steers bad. Will take to a Ford dealer from now on.

Fast and friendly service, check in was a breeze. The waiting area was clean, not that I was there very long. My car was ready within minutes, definitely impressed with the speed of service.

One car ahead of me and still waited over 3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Also while rotating my tires, two wheel lug nuts got stripped off on the same wheel. Def dont recommend this NTB or any of them to be honest.

I've been going to this NTB since it was built. First it's in my neighborhood, 2nd I've never had any problems. Anthony was the intake person. He is great especially on that phone. A lot of patience. The mechanics are very nice and professional.

I set an appointment for 830. I needed a brake light and headlight changed. It took over an hour and half for this service. I anticipated an hour would have been more than enough. Giving me an extra 30 minutes in case of delays. In addition to taking too log the store charges more in labor than another ntb in Austin.

I had a difficult problem to demonstrate and they spent most on the day looking for problems. They drove my vehicle multiple times to try to duplicate my issue (death wobble on my Jeep) and listened when I explained what I suspected was the issue.

It should not take 4 hours to get new tires installed and an alignment when you have a scheduled appointment. The installers were fine, but arriving at 10:30 for a pre-scheduled tire purchase and install and alignment and leaving at 2:30 is ridiculous. They didnt even get to my vehicle til 12:30. And then they installed a weight that scraped on the rotor shield, very noisy til it self-clearanced in a couple of days.

Great and fast service. Friendly customer service.

Very poor, got home and decided to check under the hood. Oil cap was missing do had to drive back to the shop. Terrible management
