I have always taken my cars to the dealership for all services, including oil changes. I called NTB which is close to my home to ask if they use OEM or high quality oil filters and if their oil change was comparable to the dealership. The person I spoke with was very helpful and not at all bothered by my (sort of) dumb set of questions. I was able to book an appointment quickly and actually paid a lower price for much better service (synthetic oil, premium filter, and timely turnaround)--- than I experienced at the dealership. In the past, I have purchased tires at NTB for other vehicles, but never thought to have my oil changes done there. I was in and out in much less time than dealership where it was not unusual to wait for over 2 hours, even with appointment. Thank you NTB -- you have won me as a steady customer going forward! Also - the staff was not only polite and helpful to me, but their conversations with each other were friendly and easy. It was clear, that the atmosphere in this business is a comfortable and professional one@ Brave NTB!

This was my 3rd visit to this store and everyone is always nice and the service is fast. This is the only store we go to and I drive from out of town.

Worst experience, they did nothing actually. My AC still blowing hotThey basically did nothing and extracted over $100 from me. They frame the diagnostic issues in your car, to extract more money step by step. Never recommend this store to anyone.

The tech was very helpful, explained options, gave me price and serviced right away. Plus I like the warranty that came with my battery
