It took about 30 to 45 minutes for each tire to be mounted and ballanced thats rediculous and i was there first thing in the morning

The service was amazing as always. The time it took was less than expected. I needed a fuel injector replaced. They exceed my expectations for the job they did. And the time it took them.

I came in for a tire repair. While in the waiting room, the tech came in to me with the nail and staples he had found in the tire, He called me to see how he fixed the tire. He suggested an alignment because of unusual wear and said he would check the other tires for staples. I asked the manager about an alignment, thinking it would surely be the next day before they could do it, but he said "can you stay for it right now?'' The manager and the tech I talked to were polite and knowledgeable, the manager knew my name from my last visit 2years ago, I saw the scheduled appointments for the day, and I was on it! When I left everyone I dealt with thanked me for coming. That's real service the way it should be!!

The staff is always very polite & friendly. The wait time is never long from start to finish. The lobby & waiting room is always clean.
