Great but slow, this place was amazing but they took about 3 hours or more to rotate my tires

First, please disregard my previous survey response. The response was in error by me. I unexpectedly had a foreign object in my tire. Since my purchase of the tires included hazard coverage, I entered the tire center for the repair. The personnel was most helpful. I am an individual that like to wait for a time to determine if the repair was successful. This required that I wait at least over night for a morning check. This AM revealed that the repair was good.

NTB rotated my tires towards the end of the day even with other previous workload. I thoroughly appreciate their service and dedication.

Adequate. Customer experience was ok, not outstanding. Unable to accomodate my schedule although I was first customer to arrive at opening.

Quick, friendly

i spent 4hr. getting tires and alignment and I had an appointment. two of my valve caps came up missing, which I had to replace. not very good customer service in my opinion. I think I can do better with some other tire co. and I will certainly try another co. the next time I need tires.
