great customer service, pricing, job done right first time, no issues with tire purchase/install.

Went for brakes but mechanic wasn't there. Why did I bother making an appointment?

Arrived for unexpected repair. They were able to work me into the workload and complete the job in a timely manner. Nice, clean atmosphere. Have received service and bought tires before. Will gladly return for future service.

I went to ntb for a tranny flush and an oil change told me over the phone hour and a half no problem get there sat for three hours and once done they tell me oh did anyone mention our flush machine is working i was like no so pretty much sat three hours for an oil change that takes 30 mins which i have been here before to know why not tell your customer early on if you cant do the services as requested

The young lady and her supervisor was really down to earth and explained everything with a professional level MsShelby Davis is extremely nice and smart very pleased doing business with her The supervisor was rite on point very pleased with those uys

The service rep, Audrey, was very polite and efficient and seemed to have a high degree of integrity about the work and it's level of service.

The salesman (Neil Jackson) made a bad experience somewhat better. Mr. Jackson was very patience w/me; seeing that I was upset about how long it would take to receive tires. Explanation of services were clear and precise. He is an asset for NTB. She was ready when he said she would be.

Neil greeted us at the door, it was right at closing time and I needed an oil change, because I was going out of town the next day. He said they would gladly stay over and do my oil change. Neil was very professional and polite. The smile on his face made me feel welcomed even though it was closing time. Lemonte was the mechanic that stayed over to do my oil change and tire rotation. He was also very professional and explained to me I would be needing tires soon. I feel these two employees went over and above their job and gave great customer service.
