Aubrey was very gracious about working in my oil change along with my tire rotation. I’m pretty sure this location is short-staffed, but this visit I was in and out in a reasonable period of time. I was hesitant to return to this location since my last 2 oil changes there in 2021 took almost 4 HOURS each.

I have used NTB over the years, over different cars. This particular location I have used twice since getting "stood up' at the Northgate location last year (arrived at my appoint time, store closed, no notification...then came over to the Brainerd location). On this visit-I came in to make an appoint but due to a severe problem with a tire, it was suggested I not wait until the weekend and this matter addressed asap. Personally I thought was late in the day for the workers but they went ahead got it done, even as they had to stay past closing time. Grateful I did not have to spend a Saturday waiting at the tire store. Very professional and helpful.

Our situation had elements that required mutual respect & straight-forward communication. Aubrey & Neil provided many opportunities for the needed communication to resolve issues & move forward.

They were very busy when I got there but had my new tires in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting room is comfortable and coffee is available. Good experience.

My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Aubrey and the rest of the crew are very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them with my vehicle.

The amount of work took a long time. But they did lots of work.
