The work was excellent and good

The different prices for what I needed done were explained. The price was the cheapest compared to Oil Change Express and Pep Boys. The mechanic recommended other services that I needed. The offered financing as well.

Service was good and timely. No problems so far.

THE SERVICE WAS QUICK. NO REAL WAIT TIME SINCE I BOOKED IN ADVANCE. THE SERVICE TECH WAS NICE AND CLEAN. THE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS ACCOMODATING. THE PRICE FOR THE SERVICE HAD GONE UP BUT, OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.

I scheduled an appointment to have new tires put on my vehicle. I did not have to wait long for the service to be completed. Both the manager and the technician were nice. They explained what I needed and recommended additional services. I look forward to my next service visit.

Candace will not let customer used her $10 off coupon even though customer had already sates she did the survey. Candace was on her phone the whole attire time and with a right AirPod in her ear. Very unprofessional and not time of customer service. I really wanted to used my coupon but she wouldn’t let me.

One of your managers that was helping me noticed that I had change to a off road tire. I had done this by mistake on line. With his expertise we fixed the problem.

I didn’t like the fact I booked you guys on line Thur contactless payment. To be told I can’t do that and the fact I was charged taxes on line to get to the store for a different price then what I had online. I don’t like that
