Long time customer of NTB. I take all my three cars there for services and repairs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always does e good job, whether is a routine maintenance or repair.

"I made an appointment for a new tire and asked that the tires to be rotated, balanced and aligned at the same time (I paid for this service). The new tire was put on and that was it. What were they doing with the car for 2 hours? The car drove horribly so I took it to another NTB the next day and found out that a ball joint failed. I'm not sure what the NTB in Merrifield did, but the car was in worse shape after I brought it in. Oh, they also get dirt on either my seat, door, steering wheel or all three every time I bring the car in. Ridiculous."

I had a great experience at the NTB in Fairfax. The associates explained what they were doing and fixed my tire and performed my oil change in a timely manner.

Associates were friendly and were knowledgeable. NTB had a great deal on tires and I needed them right away. 4 tires were put on my car in less than an hour and a half.

Javon Foster, the front end manager, explained what I need, thereby helping to save me money and avoid a costly repair in the future.

Front desk agent was very friendly and attentive.
