When my car broke down , I had it towed to NTB . Because it was late in the evening , I booked an appt. online for the next morning . When I arrived , Gino took me immediately & I was able to have the repairs done that night instead of being without a vehicle until the next day .

It’s all because of the service provided by the store manager at the store located on MacArthur rd in Allentown. Gino was his first name. His care for customers is readily visible and he’s extremely knowledgeable in the products sold.

Very satisfied but with an unpleasant surprise. They found a left rear lug stud with stripped threads, but with the lug nut on it anyway. They said it must have been stripped when my four new tires were installed recently at NTB in Lawrenceville, GA. It was 4 pm on New Year’s Eve, they said it was too late to get a replacement lug. I told them I needed to go to GA the next day to see my wife who is dying in a care facility in Dacula, GA. They said it would be OK to drive the car and get the stripped lug replaced in GA at the Lawrenceville NTB after New Years. Please advise me the best way to do this. Thank you!!
