After leaving my car for a tire rotation, I was disappointed to find my tires werent rotated. The rear tires are a different brand from the front tires so it was clear to see the service was not performed. My hope is it was just an oversight. Whether intentional or otherwise, I cant allow this franchise to jeopardize the maintenance of my car. They were apologetic and offered a free oil change. They are very personable.
